Regular Cleaning Services

Cleaning and optional linen service available nationwide. Totally unique and flexible, this is perfect for relocation companies looking to offer an exceptional level of service to their clients. We can arrange a weekly cleaning service to include changing bed linen and remaking. We then launder bed linen and towels and return on the next scheduled cleaning visit. Many relocation company clients also take advantage of our consumables packages, ranging from the supply of basics (such as washing tablets and toilet tissue) to more extensive packs. As with all of GMC’s property maintenance services, with our regular cleaning services you will be allocated a dedicated account manager. Your account manager will work to tailor the cleaning service to your specific requirements, whether this be in the form of cleaning tasks undertaken or the frequency of the visits.  The following are available as part of our nationwide cleaning services:

All of our UK wide cleaning services can be contracted on a truly flexible basis. Additional property services can also be contracted on an ad hoc basis as and when you need them. We offer full reporting and detailed invoicing as standard.

Our cleaning teams liaise with each account manager, bringing to light any potential property issues together with photographs. This allows our account managers to immediately inform you of any issues which need to be dealt with, helping you feel secure that your properties are in safe hands!
